Our story began in 2008 with a vision to provide a higher level of care in the homes of individuals in community. With aging family, founder Gunjan Rastogi experienced first-hand how difficult it was to secure dependable, trustworthy caregivers. Witnessing the the everchanging needs of the the elderly and navigating an increasingly complex home health care terrain, Gunjan was driven to provide the highest quality care possible, allowing her to ultimately impact the lives of many.
UniversaCare now proudly operates as a family company with the addition of Gunjan’s son, Millen Rastogi, to the management team. Utilizing the seeds his mother planted, Millen has taken the vision for the firm far beyond the capabilities of today’s home health care landscape.
Our mission is to provide unwavering compassion and excellence in all aspects of home care as a trusted provider in the community. We match individuals with our highly skilled and diverse team of nurses and aides to provide you or your loved one with the best possible care. We rigorously screen and train our caregivers prior to matching them to cases based on their skill sets, cultural fit, personalities, and level of compassion.
